Creating gourmet quality, specialty desserts and sweet treats involves old-fashioned, family style cooking. No mass production here. Each batch is hand made and hand packaged. Why do we do it this way when we could use commercial methods? Because making gourmet desserts and sweet treats is an art form and we are proud to call ourselves artists.
